Linth-Limmern pumped-storage plant

Kraftwerke Linth-Limmern AG (KLL) has ex­panded its existing hydro­power station with the con­struc€tion of an under­ground pumped-storage plant between the Limmern and Muttsee lakes. Marti played a leading role in the project during the con­struc­tion period from 2009 to 2016. One particular challenge was the high alpine con­struc­tion site, which was only accessible via con­struc­tion rope­ways and required certain logistical feats.
