Pumped-storage plant Nant de Drance

The new underground pumped-storage plant situated in the Valais high mountains between the existing Emosson and Vieux-Emosson reservoirs is a monumental structure. Marti played a key role in its construction from 2008 to 2018 as a consortium partner. This included the construction of the access tunnel, two pressure tunnels and shafts, the two caverns, and the raising of the retaining wall.
