Our product and con­struc­tion material manu­facturing is contin­uously checked and monitored in compli­ance with applicable standards and our internal specific­ations. We carry out some of these checks in our own laborat­ory or with the support of accredited laborat­ories. Our factory pro­duction control (FPC) is certified. Our products include the following:

This Is How the Products Are Manufactured:

Aggregates (Gravel)
The raw material, wall gravel, is mined in the pit and pro­cessed into the final products in the gravel plant. It is washed, partially broken, and sieved. The pro­ducts pro­duced from it in­clude round sand and round gravel, crushed sand and chippings, and countless mixtures.

Asphalt
The state-of-the-art plant at Baustoffpark Walliswil allows us to pro­duce all standard­ized rolled asphalt pave­ments for found­ation, base, binder, and sur­face courses. Special deck sur­faces and various non­standard asphalts are also possible.

Concrete
Our ready-mix concrete is produced on an in­dustrial scale in the concrete plants of Baustoffparks Walliswil and Lätti. The large, highly efficient twin-shaft mixers along with the large number of silos and tanks also facilitate the pro­duction of high-quality recycled concretes.
